Platform 2025.05.40 / 2025.05.30 has a complete different new way to install the needed tools and toolchains to compile Tasmota32 variants.

If encountering compile errors do:

close VSC
search in your user folder the hidden folder .platformio
change from .platformio to folder packages
delete any files and folders but not the folder pyenv
start VSC
compile a Tasmota32 version
be happy
