ESP32-cam is booting every 2 sec

Anybody can help? I flashed the hardware modul by web installer but no configuration for Wlan could be made. Looking to serial interface the following output appears each ~2 sec:

You may have flashed wve lot providing enough power leading to a corrupted flash.
Insure you have good power source and reflash

Thanks for your quick and pointy suggestion. The flash itself was not corrupted but entering into access point operation (for providing Wlan data) the power was too weak. :-)
