How to pass static/fix operational header in .meshrc.yml ?

SO I have to pass a static header (string value) in operation header which caller will not pass. SO I have to put that in .meshrc.yml file as a hardcoeded header value. I tried putting but its not going forward? Any solution/example?

I want to do something like this

As you can see I am trying to pass externalsource operation header with static value AppService but I am not able to see this header in requet.headers
