Is Graphql-mesh production ready?

I am starting a suite of projects and I'd like to use and potentially further contribute to graphql-mesh.
I would like to know if it is production-ready, and if not at the moment, when it will be, since it will be an important factor for my team.

Also, one other reason why I ask, and why it doesn't look production-ready to me is because while exploring the code of graphql-mesh I've noticed pieces of code which are partially or completely uncovered by tests.

Aside from that, I think documentation should be also brought to a point where the information can be self retrieved, and not having to go through the path of creating tickets or talking to you guys directly.

We are using GraphQL Mesh in production. We'd love to accept PRs for improving tests and documentation :)
