The dependencies for the Dev Services modules have been renamed from arconia-dev-service-{name} to arconia-dev-services-{name}. Furthermore, the Spring Boot DevTools are not automatically brought in by the Dev Services modules anymore. Instead, you can decide when you'd like to have them available by including via the io.arconia:arconia-dev-tools dependency.
