[OpenTelemetry] Support Log4j2 OpenTelemetry Bridge

Describe the problem/challenge you have

Currently, Arconia supports shipping the logs produced by Logback to OpenTelemetry. There's no built-in support for Log4J2.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce a Log4j2 OpenTelemetry Bridge module that can be used instead of the Logback one for projects using Log4j2.
