Request to Alphabetize Desktop Choices in Archinstall

I would like to suggest a small improvement to the Archinstall script that could enhance its usability: arranging the desktop environment choices in alphabetical order.

Currently, the list appears to be unordered at the end, which can make it slightly inconvenient for users to quickly locate their preferred desktop environment. Sorting the desktop options alphabetically would improve the user experience by making the selection process more intuitive and efficient.
