Searches with exactly 50 results give a last page with a "no results error" #326

Describe the bug
When a search on arxiv website is such that the number of results is a multiple of N, where N is the number of results per page you visualize results gives an extra page, which, when opened, shows a "no results" message.
To Reproduce
Search for example for "math.GT stretch". Currently the number of results is 50.
- If you set 25 results per page, you get 3 pages of results: 25 on the first, 25 on the second, error on the third.
- If you set 50 results per page, you get 2 pages of results: 50 on the first, error on the second.
Expected behavior
No extra page at the end.
