Entrypoint.sh does not respect action version #72

The entrypoint.sh script download the latest release if the version is not specified.
https://github.com/aquasecurity/tfsec-pr-commenter-action/blob/main/entrypoint.sh#L17-L23

I think it should download the binary corresponding to the version used in the github workflow:
