RKE2 STIG Control Benchmark

The project I'm working on requires compliance with RKE2 STIG controls. Link to the stigviewer summary below for awareness in this discussion:

I've developed out a working rke2-stig-v2r3 benchmark and tested successfully in my local environment. The primary complication to development of this benchmark has been controls that are version-specific. As such, this benchmark is only suitable for use with rke2 ver 1.25+.
