Propose to include Severity for plugins (Critical, High, Medium, Low)

Severity is important for prioritisation of the issues found during scan. Can I request inclusion of severity values in it? I am happy to provide code and include severity in each plugin (or a common configuration file containing severity values for individual plugins) to ensure output shows a severity.
