[Feature Request]: Add a scroll to top button

Feature Description

I want to add a scroll to top button clicking on which will smoothly navigate to the top. please assign me this under jwoc2025

Use Case

while the user is at the bottom of the page clicking on the button will smoothly smoothly navigate to the top . and the user won't have to scroll to the top manually.
