Add Vipps MobilePay as an oauth provider

🎤 Pitch

Vipps MobilePay provides validated user information on Norwegian and Danish citizens and are used by many digital services in Norway as a social login provider. The user data it provides is of extremely high quality as each user is a guaranteed real citizen.

@chsko, thanks for creating this issue! 🙏🏼 It looks like they support OIDC so you should be able to use Appwrite's OIDC provider (Auth > Settings > OpenID Connect):
