Problem Statement

This is a troubleshooting documentation that will help the customer capture heap dump and thread dump and share it with us so that their OOM issue can be effectively debugged.

The customer support team can share this link with the customer if a customer raises an aforce ticket reporting an OOM bug.

The details of the steps required to capture heap dumps and thread dumps is here : https://www.notion.so/appsmith/Collect-the-thread-and-heap-dump-on-demand-0fe6adeb814e41c0ba85b17e47972c42?pvs=4

The proposed location for adding this documentation on docs.appsmith.com is under a new section at Self Hosting > Manage Installation > Troubleshooting
