Feature Request

Using FEVM, compose a smart contract-based design for giving members the ability to vote on proposals with the added benefit of interacting with CIDs. See this example.

Deliverables

• A Proposal Design Document in the Outercore Knowledge Base, using the Proposal Template
• The design document should include relevant solidity code snippets, which can optionally linked to Estuary's FVM Studio

Out of Scope

This is a design and discovery exercise to evaluate FEVM as a viable platform to provide this solution. Though a working hardhat / truffle project repository may help determine the end solution, functional code within remix or another platform is optional for this phase.
