Building appleseed using clion

Greetings, I have tried many times to build appleseed using the clion ide and also manually but it fails finding the dependencies. Can someone maybe tell me what I am doing wrong?

OS : Nobara ( Fedora 37)
appleseed project dir and prebuilt-linux-deps dir are in the same directory
e.g. dev/appleseed
dev/prebuilt-linux-deps

I have same issue, I thin $APPLESEED_DEPENDENCIES isn't correctly parsed as a path
