Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

on IPv4, visiting swift.org will return a redirect to www.swift.org. on IPv6, no such redirect appears because the domain cannot be resolved to an IPv6 address.

this doesn’t affect links to individual pages on www.swift.org. it only affects IPv6-only users who are typing “swift.org” directly into the browser.

Describe the solution you'd like

the site should return the same redirect to www.swift.org on IPv6.
