Describe the bug

On swift.org, while visiting a route that does not exist (eg. https://www.swift.org/hello or https://www.swift.org/404), the intended page to be seen is the rendered version of 404.md file, while it currently shows an unstyled page, most probably due to some server-side configuration to handle 404 error. This works perfectly fine while setting up the website locally, but not in the deployed version.

To Reproduce

Go to https://www.swift.org/404 and we can see that the intended page is not rendered.
