Any recommendations for a way to get XCTest's XCTExpectFailure behavior for non-Apple platforms using this repo?

Motivation is a set of test cases we'd like to keep active in our CI for signal collection, but which are flakier than we'd like to allow to block PR submissions. On macOS (using Xcode's XCTest) we annotate them using XCTExpectFailure but on Windows (using this repo) that doesn't seem to be available.
