Docs link is missing #3279

In the README, there's a link to https://github.com/apollographql/federation/blob/HEAD/gateway-js/apollo-server/using-federation/api/apollo-gateway
However this link doesn't exist anymore, did some Googling and found two other links:
- https://www.apollographql.com/docs/apollo-server/using-federation/api/apollo-gateway
- https://www.apollographql.com/docs/apollo-server/using-federation/apollo-gateway-setup
Both of them lead me to a 500 error. Are there any other docs I'm missing? The ones in the website only show how to set up using the Rust binary.
