Support faster graders for Scala #141
Description
Since A+’s redesign and the introduction of Docker containers a few years ago, Scala graders run abysmally slowly. The grading of the simplest Scala programs takes dozens of seconds. From what I hear, this is because our containers don’t play nice with the Scala compiler. The issue is a big inconvenience to thousands of students and a frequent source of student complaints.
