Clean up logging and remove excessive information #131
Description
Currently, the grader writes too much output to server logs. Some of the verbose output is behind the DEBUG level, but some of that seems also excessive. The log contains, for example, full HTML snippets for the exercise instructions. They may be very long at times. There are full dumps of the response contents from the Kubernetes API.
