Describe the bug
The tooltip on the expand/collapse button in the workbench menu sidebar flickers when expanding or collapsing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click on the workbench menu
Click on the expand/collapse button

Expected behavior
The tooltip to be hidden during the split-second when the sidebar is expanding or collapsing

Screenshots
Capturing that split-second state can indeed be tricky, but following the steps you mentioned should make it easy to notice.
