[Feature Request]: AddXml Specific Attributes Order

What would you like to happen?

As a Hop user working with AddXml transform
I need to set and define the attributes order instead of having a default one (ASC sort based on attributes names)
in order to cover more use-cases and have more flexibility generating data structures to adhere to business rules.
