Hop 2.11.0 client assembly distribution in Maven Repos

Unlike 2.10.0 , 2.11.0 client build ( the full zip file) is not published in Maven repositories: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/hop/hop-client/2.11.0/ or https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/hop/hop-client/2.11.0/. This would be helpful for organizations that have auto procurement with security scans in the maven repository system OSS procurement. Can this be done?

This would also be helpful for 2.9.0 version which is still active, due to Windows 10 in many Orgs.

I have so far worked around by procuring sub assembly zip files and running main client assembly. But a fully published and built distribution on Maven would be very helpful, like it was done for 2.10.0

I will have to disappoint you, it was removed because it made the release process very painful for the release manager.
The staging Nexus was not happy with the large artifact, causing the publish to fail multiple times. This resulted in a very long release process for the person building the release (they had to try to release 3-4 times, and each release could take up to 2 hours).

The next release will have even less of the zip files being published to improve the process.
The full zip files are also published here you might be able to use those.
Or you could do your scans on our docker images
