Some non-GameSpy games are supported, such as Age of Empires, but this is primarily through GameSpy Arcade. Any game which supports joining by IP directly can be supported. Currently only IPV4 is supported, which covers most games.
And I run a fairly popular Call of Juarez Community Discord and we made some advancements when it comes to servers, because Techland closed the main ones - we developed our own server list, it uses modified dll's and such. We found that some DLL's in Juarez contained some strings about GameSpy but the game wasn't run on GameSpy servers, but on Ubi (or Techland) servers and yes - with the -join (ip:port) command you can join servers, and we even unlocked the internet mode (but we can't see any servers because obviously Techland closed them). Is there a possibility, of bringing OpenSpy to COJ and maybe making 300+ people on Discord happy? Would be cool! Heres our mod btw https://www.moddb.com/mods/server-list-fix-mod

It would be nice if its even possible to bring OpenSpy to COJ and make it alive again? We would be so happy, and others from the community as well. Hopefully there's something you can do and you consider bringing it and making us all happy!
