Duplicating filter entry in setting dropdown menu

Current Behavior

Upon creating new filtering rule, new filter duplicates. When you delete the duplicate, the original entry deletes as well. Example in video

Expected Behavior

No duplication

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Set object
2. Try to create new filter
3. New filter duplicates

OS version: linux x64 6.12.9-arch1-1
App version: 0.44.0, from Flathub
