When I run 'pnpm dev' after installing I get "Illegal characters in path"

Hey! I just did a fresh install, I did not do anything except run the following commands:
➜ npx degit antfu/vitesse-webext my-webext
➜ cd my-webext
➜ pnpm i
➜ pnpm dev

But at pnpm dev/pnpm start:firefox I get an Error... (see end of log)
Can someone help me here? Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
