did the running job emit any stdout that you can see in the UI? is the job stuck in running? can you provide a screen shot of the problem?

How many hosts on 1 job? EKS has a pod log limit and depending on the log verbosity and job length the pod may crash. You can use slices to fix this to scale horizontally

There are around 700 servers and 5 job slicing configured in awx job template, and we are using Azure AKS cluster.
