Intermittent "Address already in use" errors when running the workflow #71

I'm getting occasional errors when running the snakemake workflow with multiple cores, I believe it is the same as this: nteract/papermill#511

Seems fine to workaround by relaunching the pipeline, but thought I'd record here just in case we're wondering about this in future.
