When a user selects "Only users who I liked can initiate a chat" when creating an account, we need to display a message when those users try sending a message.Currently, the message just does not go.

This also means the users can't reply to the messages until their profile is liked.

One shouldn't be able to send a message if the counterpart doesn't accepts it anyway. Let us discuss it in our call.
