Put "up" on the black list for profile names

Since https://kamal-deploy.org uses/up as a health-check endpoint we should keep that one open. Just in case. I am not sure if Kamal is a good idea or not but if I'd like to use it as vanilla as possible.

No. I hate Docker. OK, "hate" is a strong word. But I really don't like the concept of Docker. I would use Kamal just because I don't have time for a better system and Kamal seems to be turn key ready.
