Potential registration loop

Situation: A user tried to register an account but had a problem with the authentication link. An admin deletes the entry in the database to make it possible for that user to register again.

Potential problem: That user has a cookie in his/her browser. I have the feeling that this will result in a problem.

Tasks: Please think about a way to solve this problem. Close the ticket if you double checked that this problem doesn't exist at all.
