Auto flag all photos of a user

We already have a flag system in place which we can use to match users. We could add a 3rd flag category with the name :ai and auto flag the photos. If somebody has a dog in a photo we would add the flag dog. If somebody has a photo where he/she sits on a beach we add beach and ocean. Obviously this will not be 100% accurate but could add a nifty little special feature for our system.

@briankariuki Please do a quick search for what we could use for that and add links to this discussion. It has to work with our open source source code.

Done. More or less. We just have to find way of finding the CPU time to do it.
