Resource usage during compilation

Hello. Last year I upgraded my PC – now I have 5 GB free RAM at my disposition. So. I commented out the whole argparse/package.d, closed my browser, and ran dub test… Good news: with most of the test suite disabled, it needed mere 4.3 GB. That means I’m able to comfortably tweak the code and measure the results. That’s going to be interesting; I’ll send a PR when I sort this out. From what I have seen so far, it’s likely actionfunc.
