Multi-artist system

The scraping code needs a way to handle murals with multiple artists. The current solution is just to make one tag with multiple artist names, such as "artist bill & lisa & pat & bob & ..." -- it would be nice to have a more elegant way to handle multiple artists. If someone wants to take this one, please let everyone else know.

I would like to do this!! I'm going to try and repurpose the code to include multiple artists.
