To enable short commit message feature it's needed issue type and issue summary and disable issue status validation.
possible commands:

$ commithook tracker:task 123 bug 'Product page style is broken'

$ commithook tracker:task 123 --summary 'Product page style is broken'
$ commithook tracker:task 123 --type bug
