Log Viewer is corrupting the window rendering on popup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a line in a Log Viewer monitored file
2. Log view will pop up hiding some of your work.
3. If you click on the file you are working on the Log Viewer pane doesn't 
disappear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the pane to return to its windows tab. Won't return to normal unless I 
close the perspective and open PHP again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux Ubuntu 11.04/Eclipse Helios Rel 2/Log Viewer 0.9.8.7

Please provide any additional information below.

I cannot reproduce it, like you described at windows. I will look for Ubuntu 
image and try it...
