EasyShell does not show "Copy Full Path to Clipboard" preset at Mac OS X.

- moved Windows preset with quotes \"Full Path\" to all OS presets
- added \"Qualified Name\" to all OS presets (reused UUID: was MAC OS X
clipboard before)
