possible things to try

  • CBaseCombatCharacter::CalcWeaponProficiency(...) hook for accuracy on marine npcs
  • barnacles disarm held player like sven-coop
  • headcrabs latching onto players with weapon_headcrab and providing the required texture for it (this can be found on fpsbanana)

Difficulty scaling is now implemented, although this should probably remain open in case of implementing enhancements above.
