[Request] Nav bar button to toggle sidebar visibility #43

It would be great to have a separate nav bar button to toggle second sidebar — the same as for Firefox's built-in sidebar:

It also would be a nice if when you hide expanded sidebar (with any web panel open), and will reopen it next time you toggle sidebar visibility.

Suggested icons to use for the button:

chrome://browser/skin/sidebars-right.svg

chrome://browser/skin/sidebar-expanded-right.svg
