Tester was using Chrome on Windows 7 PC.

@almccon: Having a hard time replicating this. Using a Windows 7 VM and Chrome things seem to work fine:

overlandtrails-about

I checked for obvious problems like other elements getting in the way of the About link but couldn't find evidence of these.

Hmm. Well, let's de-escalate and leave this open for a bit to see if anything similar comes up.
