More Rails examples to README

Hi.
I read your article. Inspired by that, I want to try DiverDown in my Rails app.
But I'm new to Rails and couldn't figure out what file to write code to use DiverDown and how to write it.
So, though it already has rich examples, I think adding some more Rails-specific examples to README would help someone like me easily start using DiverDown.
