Night vision for infrared smartphones

my smartphone (agm h3) have infrared night vision camera. Do you can add this function, please?

I have a Blackview Bl8800 which have an infrared camera, I can access it in the camera list, but I've found no way to enable infrared light.
I'm currently wondering if these light are only accessible for the native app, or if they might be enabled using Android camera api.
If it works from the api, It would be great to add a light selector on openCamera
