ImpACT License URL leads to 404 page

Hi,

I want to use these artifacts which are marked under low-risk AI2 ImpACT license

However, this License URLs are yields a 404 page (screenshot below):

• https://allenai.org/impact-license
• https://allenai.org/licenses/impact-lr

I am unable to use the V2 model artifacts until this is fixed (as I believe others would be, too).

Which artifacts are you looking to use specially?

The reason I ask is that, as far as I can tell, the only reference to the impact license is in the README:

https://github.com/allenai/open-instruct?tab=readme-ov-file#licensing

The actual files on Huggingface don't seem to mention it.
