Operations tab on Virtual Server (VM) description

Expected behavior

It would be nice to have an "Operations" tab on VM description page as we have on Hardware one.
In order to get all Incidents/Changes/Problems related to this Virtual Server, directly from VM description page.

Actual behavior

No "operations" tab is displayed, we have to make a search from All Operations page.

• Ralph version: 20230511.1
• Operating system: Ubuntu Bionic
• Method of installation: Deb package
