Installing bot shows as suspended

Hello!

I'm going through the bot installation guide. On the first step, the GitHub app installs, but then when I go to the repo settings it's showing that the bot is suspended and I'm not sure what the issue is.

Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

I think this is because the bot requires these permissions:

Which are not given to bots in the org I'm trying to install this in.

Why does it need write access to code, issues, & discussions? Isn't everything done via pull requests? I can understand why it would need access to pull requests.
