Add looping feature on settings

Blocked by #34 .

Need to add a field both to the popup menu (from #34) and the all settings page that handles looping. All it needs to do is set a query parameter, and initiate the looping (set loop in the slideStore, and build a way to retrigger the looping that starts in SlideView#mounted component function).
