[Create Space] Create a Space Dialog

Description

As a user
I want to be presented with a Create a Space form
So that I can initiate space creation myself.

Acceptance criteria

• The Space creation dialog should be presented after clicking the "Starting a Space" button from "My Dashboard".
• The dialog should consist of the following fields (see screenshot 1).
  • the selection of organization is the user (prefilled, not changable)
  • NameID is the field with the URL and the prefilled fixed part of the URL. NameID should show generated NameID based on the Space Name that the user can then edit
  • Required: Name, URL, host T&C checkbox
• Terms & conditions checkbox should be checked to submit the form.
• Terms dialog should be available with hardcoded (TBD) text (see screenshot 2).
• On submission preserve the state so the space could be created after choosing the next step. (TBD)
