建议：建议增加两个快速开始文档 #318

这是我目前使用体验最好的mock工具，已经打算在业务工程中推广。

但是第一次接入的流程仍旧是有点慢的。我首次使用时，即便有当前的文档，快速使用上仍旧有不少卡点。

建议增加两个快速开始文档，分别介绍：

java标准环境下正常使用
2.spring环境下使用
（以及对基于接口的测试，进行特定说明）

后面我来完善下这两个文档吧。
